Self-Evaluation: I've noticed that this i year i read my life planning goals more than i did last year this year i have more yeses than nos and i was really focused and trying each day to accomplish my goal

Self-Evaluation : I really need to read my life planning goals journal for i can mostly yeses on the chart instead of no's because if i have yes'es mostly i can accomplish my goals that i set for myself. so i need to start reading my journal for at least 5 minutes each day. If i want to accomplish my goals i need to keep reading my life planning goals and never miss a day.
