Class Evaluation
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Some things I learned about the class is how to code different things like for example paragraphs, topics, names and many more things. I also learned to respect others and treat everyone like you would want to be treated. I also learned how to make flashcards for every class that i have. We would make the flashcards to study for a test or a final we might have in that specific topic. I also learned that I have to be a good student and in order to be a good student i have to choose the right everyday. This class has made me a better person and student.

Some things I didn't like about the class is nothing because this class is great and everything about it is great

Some recommendations for improving the class is that we need to be more

My highlight of this class is that we got to learn how to better ourselves in every way. This class has taught be to be better and to reach the goals I set for myself.

I think i did do my best in this class because everyday i was in the class i tried my best and I also did my work when i had to do it.

I think i read my life planning goal journal a decent amount of times. Every time i read them i get motivated to accomplish one each time.

Yes I am committed to be a CTR person because being a CTR person i get to accomplish more and learn more. Many people would start liking you and would also enjoy your company.

The 10 Keys to Personal Power

Brian Tracy
braintracy.com

Key 1: Clarity
" Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you're going. If you do not have clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do."
  • You have to determine what you want in your life and you also have to accomplish your goals that you set for yourself. Also is the quality of being clear in particular. You can have anything you want, if you want, if you have clear goals. Have a vision.  If you want to reach your dreams, you need to have a dream.  Where people lack in vision, they perish inside.  You’re vision needs to be big enough that excites you and others to get involved.
Key 2: Competence
"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."
  • the ability to do something successfully or efficiently.Every successful person is excellent at what they do.Before they start, they commit themselves to becoming excellent. If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. No matter what you always have to try your hardest and try your best to accomplish whatever you started.
Key 3: Concentration
"make the best use of your time. Ask yourself"Is this the best use of my time?" before you start anything."
  • You always have to use all your time, make the best out of it also. At times people tend to take things out of granted because they think is not worth there time or they think they have all the time but they end up doing their work last minute. Also when you are doing something make sure to do it good and correct don't just waste your time in something you are not planning to do.
Key 4: Common Sense
Train your mind, think things through, listen to your intuition, learn from setbacks.
  • Common Sense is to have a good sense and sound judgment in practical matters. Also actions without thinking them sometimes end up in failure so every time you need to think of your every move in order to accomplish your goal. Listen to everything someone is telling you and learn because if you dont listen them you will not get what your suppose to do. You'll also need to learn for your failures when you fail always get up and try it again dont just give up.
Key 5: Creativity
"Except the fact that every human being is a genius. The hallmark of creativity is asking questions. The people who are most creative ask the most questions."
  • Creativity is when you use imagination or your own ideas. It can also mean to be artistic and unique with your work. Many times people tend to ask questions just simply because they are curious and want to know everything that specific topic or just because they want to understand the topic more for they cant be confused. Being creative is a good thing because it shows who you are and how you think outside your comfort zone.
Key 6: Consideration
"the quality of your relationship with other people will determine your success in life."
"Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator. Take courses in listening, speaking, etc."
"If you were to learn one new word a day within 5 years, you'll be the best educated person in history"
  • Consideration is a careful thought. When someone gives you an idea you have to take their idea in consideration which means you have to think about it and make the decision.  Also you have to learn how to listen to peoples thoughts and ideas. Consideration determines if your going to be successful in life. This can help you develop a good skill and it makes you more aware of things.
key 7: Consistency
"Dependable, steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."

"Be consistent in your relationship, your family, friends, your boss, your work. Be the person that people can depend upon. That if you'll do something you do it."
  • This means the application of something.it also means that you have to have dependable work and that work has to be superior you need to get motivated and a lack of consistency can mean that your really not that interested and your not motivated.
key 8: Commitment
" No success is possible without commitment. The ability to commit yourself whole heartily is the basis of achieving all success."
"Become totally absorbed in your work. Be totally committed."
  • commitment is the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause this means that when you start something you always have to finish it. Focus on whatever your doing and dont let anyone doing way. When your doing something you awlays have to stay committed because your trying to show that you care.
Key 9: Courage
"The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life."
  • Courage is the ability to do something that others wouldn't be down to do. this is a great thing because you can accomplish anything you want and this can really help you achieve those goals you have set for yourself. It is also the ability to do something that you know is difficult or even dangerous. Many times people dont have courage so they dont achieve many things because in order to achieve and accomplish what you want in life you need to have courage.
key 10: Confidence
"You only get confidence by doing things over and over again."
  • Confidence is the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something. Confidence can really help you with many things like for example when your presenting in front of a class you have to be confident for you can do your presentation good and for you can get a good grade. This also means that you'll have a positive mind and never say you cant because you can. Confidence can boost up your self esteem and they way you look at things
Reflection
1) The 10 keys t personal power can really help me become a better person. this has taught me a lot of things like for example being confident.
2) The key that i'm applying is to be confident that key really helped me achieve many things that i was afraid of because i always thought i wasn't good enough to do that specific assignments. This key also made me not be nervous when i'm presenting in front of the whole class.
3) I will incorporate the other keys by awlays reading them everyday for i cant forget about them and i would also try to apply each 10 keys to my everyday life. The 10 keys has made me a better person.

personality

                                                       Personality

What I learned was in order to be a good person you need to have a good attitude and a good personality but in order to have those things you need to have a good reputation and let other people trust you and you have to trust others as well. He gave an example of the tip of the ice berg and this means dont judge a book by its cover because you never know how they actually are so you have to get to know them for you can see who they really are. You also need to show people that you can be trusted and be honest with them so you also have to look decent.
